Hello future!

Ahh so excited. New plans are in the brewing :)

Im learning that happiness is not simply the absence of trials, touch luck or bad relationships... you must chose to be happy regardless. Life will throw all kinds of curve balls your way, sometimes from the hand of someone you love, but no matter what You can't let ANYONE steal your joy. As long as you can live with yourself knowing you're choosing what's right for your life, you have to let go of what others think. Get free. :)

Roadtrip :)

So Daniel and I jumped in the car for a quick 15hr drive down to Canberra!!

We stopped in Newcastle and Sydney to visit people and fill our bellies.

We had such a good time with my family. 

There's something about just being with family that leaves you refreshed and refocussed.

It was great.

Definitely time for a kick in the butt!!

I've had a longer than usual anti-health phase, 

and quite frankly I'm disgusted at my attitude.

Life really does catch up with you (hold on, don't i have to be 30+ to make comments like that :-/)

I miss dancing. I miss having my girls around to exercise with.

I miss having the beach outside my doorstep beckoning me to go for a run and clear my head whilst looking at the beautiful hawaiian sunset. 

But you know what, excuses don't produce results. 

and things gotta change.

I went to a hot hula fitness class the other day. 

it was FAB. 

rekindled that fire and love for what is such a great gift from God.

So yes. Time for a change. Who's in? ;)
